Taking Atlanta By Storm :)

What happens when 9 bloggers plan a meet up in Atlanta?  Lots of good food, good conversation, and of course, good shopping!  Truly a wonderful day! :)

Here's the roll call from lunch:

Stacia & Amanda - Collaboration Cuties
Alison - Eberopolis
Elizabeth - Fun In Room 4B

Of course, there were fabulous decorations and treats.  What do you expect from a group of teachers?  :)

And then there was the shopping, and more shopping, and more shopping!  This was my first trip to IKEA.  I was surprised to say the least!

Luckily, there was still enough room left in the car for us to ride home!

It was an absolute pleasure meeting, and spending the day with a group of ladies that share such a strong passion for education.  If you are ever close enough to join in on a Blogger Meet-up, I strongly encourage you to make the trip!

Have a wonderful day!

  6. I am sure you all had the best time! The smiles on your faces show it all. I use to live in Roswell, Georgia so I shopped Ikea all the time. Now, I live near an Ikea in Maryland. You would think I was selecting homes based on Ikea locations! I LOVE Ikea!

  7. We have an IKEA really close by... it can be a dangerous, dangerous teacher place! I find some really neat items there for cheap :) I just hate when you want to "run in" and out and that can't really happen at IKEA.

It looks you all had a blast! What a great way to spend the day :)

  8. AWESOME! I was driving by Atlanta last week and really wanted to go to IKEA, but I talked myself out of it because I was by myself and wanted to get back home. Looks like I made a bad decision!
